Refund Policy

    1. Eligibility for Refunds:
      • Refunds are available for defective, undelivered, or misrepresented digital products.
      • Refunds are not available for digital products already downloaded, unless they are proven to be defective.
    2. Timeframe:
      • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
    3. Process:
      • Submit a refund request by contacting our support team at contactus@vividorigins.com. Include your order details and reason for the refund.
      • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Book with obvious signs of use.
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Policy

    1. Physical Products:
      • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
      • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
    2. Digital Products:
      • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
    3. Shipping Costs:
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Exceptions

    1. Affiliate Products: Refunds and returns for affiliate products are subject to the policies of the respective sellers.
    2. Customized Products: Custom digital products or personalized services are non-refundable unless defective.
